Effective date: April 2026. This document is maintained by the Virtualis Board of Directors and is subject to revision at the board’s discretion.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Virtualis Arizona website (arizona.virtualis.school), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the website. Your continued use of the site following any posted changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Description of Service

Virtualis Arizona is a private online K–12 school operated by Virtualis Virtualis is not a public school and is not subject to the same regulations as public schools. As a private educational institution, Virtualis operates under the authority of its Board of Directors and in accordance with applicable Arizona law governing private schools.

The website provides information about our academic programs, enrollment process, tuition, and school community. It is intended for prospective and current families, educators, and the general public.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, logos, page layouts, curriculum descriptions, and the Quintivium series — is the property of Virtualis and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without prior written permission from Virtualis.

Classical artwork displayed throughout this website is believed to be in the public domain. Photographic reproductions are sourced from Wikimedia Commons and similar public-domain repositories.

4. User Conduct

When using this website, you agree not to:

• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to extract content from the site without written authorization.

5. Enrollment Disclaimer

Enrollment information presented on this website is for informational purposes only. Actual enrollment and academic services are provided through Great Hearts Online, our academic delivery partner. Submission of an inquiry or application does not guarantee enrollment.

As a private school, Virtualis reserves the right to accept or decline enrollment applications at its discretion, consistent with our mission and the capacity of our programs. Enrollment decisions are made by the Virtualis administration and are final.

6. Tuition and Fees

Tuition rates and fee structures published on this website are subject to change at the discretion of the Virtualis Board of Directors. Published rates are provided for general informational purposes and may not reflect the most current pricing. Contact info@virtualis.com or visit our Tuition page for current rates.

Arizona Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA) eligibility is determined by the Arizona Department of Education, not by Virtualis. While Virtualis is an ESA-approved school, we make no guarantees regarding any family’s ESA eligibility, funding amount, or disbursement timeline. Families are responsible for verifying their ESA status with the Arizona Department of Education.

7. Third-Party Services

This website uses third-party services to support functionality, analytics, and communications. These services include:

Google Tag Manager (GTM-58KWCGPR) — tag management and script loading.
Google Analytics 4 (via GTM) — anonymous website usage analytics.
Twilio — SMS delivery for opted-in school notifications (sender: +1-833-681-7167).
CookieConsent v3 — cookie consent banner management.

Inquiry and enrollment form data is processed by Virtualis’s in-house CRM (the Forum platform) and stored on Virtualis-controlled infrastructure. No third-party form-processing vendor receives applicant data.

Each third-party service operates under its own terms of service and privacy policy. Virtualis is not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services. By using this website, you acknowledge that data may be processed by these third parties in accordance with their respective policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Virtualis makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of the website or its content.

Academic outcome data displayed on this website (including Great Hearts performance data) is sourced from materials published by Great Hearts Academies. Virtualis does not independently verify this data and makes no guarantees regarding its accuracy or applicability to individual students.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Virtualis, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, this website or its content. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or your use of this website shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona. By using this website, you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

13. Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

By opting in to Virtualis SMS text messages on the enrollment application at virtualis.school/sis/apply, you agree to receive transactional school messages from Virtualis sent from the toll-free number +1 (833) 681-7167. Messages include weekly attendance-form reminders, attendance and class alerts, school closures, payment reminders, parent-teacher conference scheduling, gradebook notifications, and emergency alerts. Virtualis does not send marketing, promotional, or third-party advertising via SMS.

Message frequency varies; a typical family receives up to 5 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier’s plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, END, QUIT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any Virtualis SMS. Reply HELP or INFO for contact information. Opting out of SMS does not affect your student’s enrollment. Full data-handling disclosure for the SMS program appears in our Privacy Policy, Section 16. This SMS program is operated by Virtualis Education Corp., a Wisconsin nonprofit corporation (EIN 33-4335391).
