Certificate of Eligibility

Arizona Empowerment Scholarship Account

Virtualis School for Classical Learning is a qualified school for ESA expenditures under the Arizona Department of Education.

Article I

What Is the ESA?

The Empowerment Scholarship Account is Arizona's landmark school choice program. Since 2022, the ESA has been universal -- every K-12 student in Arizona is eligible, regardless of income, zip code, or prior enrollment.

Instead of routing education dollars through a district, the state deposits funds directly into a parent-controlled ClassWallet account. You decide how to spend those dollars on your child's education: tuition, curriculum, tutoring, technology, and approved services.

The ESA puts the power of educational choice where it belongs -- in your hands.
